Volunteer Requirements
Once you have completed the form below, our front office will contact you with instructions on how to proceed with a fingerprinting background check through the HCSO. After your fingerprints have been completed, a meeting will be scheduled with our principal to finalize your application. Please note that fingerprinting is only required for any adult who will be working in a classroom or serving in a role that involves assisting with student supervision.
